ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jenn Lee was born in South Korea, adopted in 1973 and spent the next 26 years growing up in California. A graduate in 1988 as an Art Major, she spent every spare moment learning every art form she could get her hands on. Her artistic spirit moved her to become a Freelance Artist.
After high-school, her passion for art pushed her to create art for both homeowners and business clientele alike. Her joy came from changing her clients dreams into reality. Jenn Lee’s pride and joy project was a 17′ x 30′ Jungle Mural for The American Cancer Society in 1995.
Over the years Jenn Lee continued her dream as an Freelance Artist while raising her family. Her children are her life, and through their eyes she added a unique artistic view to some of her compositions. Jenn’s artwork told a story that grew the imaginations of the children that lived in those rooms. Her sculptures held such character they appeared to come to life if you blinked.
In 2003 Jenn Lee made a major life change moving her family to the East Coast to start a new beginning. Almost six years later she has renewed her career as a Freelance Artist now in Louisville, KY. Together with the strong support of her partner for life, John Adkins ~ John Adkins Photography, she has focused on her new artistic path, ECO Art.
Through her awareness of the importance of conservation and the Eco-system, Jenn has taken her art into a new direction. She has put a high focus and demand on herself to create her artistic visions with all Eco-friendly materials through the use of recycled paper products and non-toxic acrylic paints.
Art is an ever changing and growing creation taking in everything the senses absorb and molding it into something new. With that in mind, the Artist’s Eyes by Jenn Lee strives to do the same. 2012 has brought digital, graphic art & illustrations to the list of offered mediums.
